Searching for pet friendly apartments in Baltimore? Allied Harbor Point, 1405 Point, and 1305 Dock Street welcome up to two pets per household with no weight limit. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact our leasing office for complete pet policy details.

• $300 Deposit for One Pet, $500 for Two Pets
• $50 Monthly Pet Rent per Pet
• Proof of vaccination required
• Pet photo required at time of registration

Breed & Species Restrictions

• Acceptable species include dogs, cats, fish, and birds. Exotic species are not permitted.
• Dogs that are 50% or more of the following breeds (as verified by a veterinarian) are prohibited:
  • German Shepherds
  • Akitas
  • Chows / Chow Terriers
  • American Bulldogs, Bull Staff, or Staffordshire Terriers
  • Dobermans / Doberman Pinschers (Miniature Pinschers permitted)
  • Rottweilers
  • Wolf dog hybrids
  • Pit Bull Terriers
  • Presa Canario or any variety of Canary dogs

We've partnered with Dogs of Charm City to make pet care hassle-free for our residents. With key lockers conveniently located in the community, you can securely leave your keys for scheduled services through their user-friendly app, making it a hands-free experience.

On-site parking is available for residents of our apartments near Harbor Point Central Plaza. Parking is managed by Metropolis, with rates varying by zone and EV charging stations available in select locations. • Lower Constellation – Includes EV chargers: $200/month per vehicle
